Roses 2026 is an immersive cultural experience celebrating Black history, present, and future through books, music, art, and community connection. We invite creative businesses and community organizations aligned with our mission to apply to be part of our curated vendor experience.
Vendor space is intentionally limited to preserve quality, flow, and meaningful engagement.
Vendor Tiers
Featured Brand / Tented Vendor - $150
For Established brands and businesses requiring a larger presence, expanded displays, or a tented setup.
Includes:
One (1) 10’ x 10’ outdoor vendor tent
One (1) standard 6’ table
Prime placement within the vendor market
Website logo listing
Inclusion in social media promo
Creative Business Vendor — $75
For authors, artists, apparel brands, handmade goods, publishers, wellness brands, and creative entrepreneurs.
Includes:
Space accommodating one (1) standard 6’ table
Website logo listing
Inclusion in social media promo
In this tier vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, and display materials.
Community Organization / Non-Profit Vendor — $40
For non-profit organizations tabling to share resources, information, and awareness.
